A diagnostic workspace for automotive shop technicians. Identify the vehicle once, then keep the complaint, codes, bulletins, recalls, test plan, repair and how you proved it in one place.
What it does
Identify. Decode a VIN or pick year, make and model. The vehicle follows you through the whole job.
Diagnose. Log the complaint, symptoms and codes, build a test plan, and record readings against the spec you look up in your own service information.
Look it up. Search manufacturer service bulletins and see live recalls matched to the vehicle in front of you.
Fix and prove it. Record the repair and how you verified it. A failed test stays on the record.
Share what worked. Resolved cases can become shared fixes for other shops, reviewed by your shop before anything is shared and labeled as AI-written and technician-verified.
Where it stands
TechBench is in private testing and isn't open to new shops yet. It runs in the browser and is built for iPad in the bay.
